70cl / 47.1% / Distillery Bottling – The Holyrood Bordeaux Yeast Single Malt is fermented using 60% Pinnacle M yeast and 40% BP725 yeast. It is then matured in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and Bordeaux barriques, a pairing that enhances fruit complexity and texture.
