70cl / 43.6% / Distillery Bottling – Ambir is the third single malt release from Edinburgh’s Holyrood distillery. This whisky was matured in bourbon and oloroso casks, resulting in notes of crème pâtissiere, fudge, red fruit and walnut cake.
