70cl / 46% – Hatozaki is a world blend crafted by the Kaikyo Distillery in Japan. This whisky combines malt and grain whiskies aged in ex-bourbon and sherry casks before receiving a final finish in Umeshu plum wine casks. The result is an easy-drinking, delicately pretty whisky with vibrant notes of blueberry, plum, and lychee.
