70cl / 42.8% / Distillery Bottling – This impressive single malt was matured for 35 years in an ex-sherry cask and was hand-selected by whisky maker Bob Dalgano for its complex character . Aromas of stewed tropical fruit, lemon meringue pie and toasted cinnamon fill the nose and lead to notes of chocolate covered raisins and coconut on the palate.
