70cl / 55.9% / Distillery Bottling – Released exclusively for Whisky Show 2025, this single malt blends smouldering bonfire and sweet barbecue smoke with cooked apples and vanilla, moving into notes of jasmine, white blossom and sticky liquorice. More heavily peated than a typical Glen Scotia, it was matured in a single first-fill bourbon barrel.
