70cl / 54.7% / Thompson Bros – A fresh, fruity, summery dram out of the Glen Ord distillery and bottled by the Thompson Bros. Aged in a single dechar/rechar hogshead allowing the spirit to draw unique and interesting flavours out of the cask, the whisky presents with aromas of lime and lemon citrus, with floral notes and elderflower cordial, along with flavours of fresh green apples, limes, gooseberries, and beeswax. A decidedly excellent summertime dram.
