70cl / 46% – This is an Irish whiskey with heritage – the Egan family have been sourcing, maturing and blending whiskies for six generations. This bottling was matured in ex-bourbon barrels for a minimum of eight years, which added aromas of green apple, shortbread and salted toffee on the nose.
