70cl / 59.6% / Distillery Bottling – An exclusive single cask bottling for The Whisky Exchange, this release from Dingle saw their excellent single pot still whiskey matured for 5 years in a single palo cortado cask. A rare form of sherry, palo cortado brings together the delicacy of a fino or amontillado with the intensity of an oloroso. Rich and luxurious, with vanilla fudge, dark fruit and creamy notes before a finish redolent of brown sugar, shortbread and spices.
