70cl / 60.7% / Distillery Bottling – The second version of the limited-edition expression of the ever-popular Deanston Virgin Oak bottled at cask strength. Bottled in celebration of the distillery’s 60th anniversary, this whisky was matured in ex-bourbon before undergoing a finishing period of up to 12 months in virgin oak casks. This finish marries the soft, waxy character of Deanston whisky with the power and spice of virgin oak, leading to notes of vanilla fudge, toffee, baked apples, hazelnuts, citrus peels, and white pepper.
