70cl / 56.7% / Adelphi – A rich and powerful dram from independent bottler Adelphi. Distilled in 2010 at the Dailuane distillery before maturing in a refill Pedro Ximinez sherry cask. This marriage leads to the tell-tale flavours of PX sherry, with fig syrup, raisins, milk chocolate, and coffee.
