70cl / 46% / Distillery Bottling – One of the smallest distilleries in Scotland, Daftmill distillery is part of the Cuthbert’s family farm in Fife and whisky production is fitted in amongst the ebb and flow of the seasons’ demands on their time as farmers. This release was produced in the summer of 2013 and matured in first-fill hogsheads. Creamy vanilla, soft biscuity malt, melon, apple, ginger and light floral notes.
