70cl / 46% / Distillery Bottling – At Daftmill, founder Francis Cuthbert grows barley, distils and ages whisky all on one estate. This whisky was distilled in 2011 and left to mature in an ex-bourbon cask for 12 years. it shows aromas of honey, candied lemon peel and vanilla ice cream on the nose, leading to notes of toasted barley, Earl Grey tea and baked bread on the palate.
