70cl / 54% / Duncan Taylor – This Craigellachie has been finished in small sherry octave casks. It shows earthy leather and wet leaves, with nutty spices, burnt orange and black licorice. Sweet malt, coffee and salted caramel add depth, giving the whisky a layered and approachable character.
