Copperworks Distillery in Seattle produced this single malt using Genie barley from a single farm in Oregon. It underwent a long fermentation and was matured in new American oak casks, imparting aromas of lemon zest, straw and vanilla on the nose, complemented by notes of rose water, raspberries and caramel on the palate.
