70cl / 55.7% / Elixir Distillers – Distilled in 2010 at Clynelish distillery, this Highland single malt was matured in a single barrel for nine years, before being bottled in January 2019 for Elixir Distillers’ Single Malts of Scotland range. A light and youthful whisky, it has aromas of liquorice allsorts, banana milkshake, Turkish delight and honeysuckle. The palate offers notes of lemon curd, apricot and rhubarb and ginger crumble.
