3cl / 44.3% / The Perfect Measure – A 30ml sample of Busker single malt. Distilled in large copper stills and matured in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. There are aromas of stewed fruit, pine and malt biscuits on the nose, leading to notes of dark chocolate and a sweet, creamy finish.
