70cl / 40% – This small batch Kentucky bourbon from Bowsaw is made with a mash bill consisting of 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley. Aged in new charred American oak casks, the palate offers powerful notes of vanilla and caramel that work well in cocktails such as Old Fashioned and Boulevardier.
