70cl / 47% / Distillery Bottling – From Leith, and one of the first distilleries to open in or around Edinburgh in nearly a century, Bonnington laid down its first new make spirit in 2020. This expression was matured in an oloroso sherry cask, pairing with the distillery’s slightly fuller take on Lowland whisky for notes of dried fruit, caramel, sour cherry, sultana, dark chocolate and oak spice.
