70cl / 50% / Hunter Laing – Vanilla custard and apricots jump from the glass of this Blair Athol, giving way to honey, caramel and ginger sponge, layered with toffee and brown sugar. It was matured in a single sherry butt for 11 years and bottled as part of Hunter Laing’s Old Malt Cask series.
