75cl / 48.4% – A marriage of four-year-old whiskies distilled at Bardstown and 12-year-old bourbon from a unnamed Kentucky distillery. By blending whiskey of different ages and flavour profiles, the Bardstown team have created a wonderfully nuanced dram with hints of cherry, maple and black pepper.
