75cl / 57.1% – This blend of straight bourbons contains whiskies from Kentucky, Georgia and Tennessee – all aged between six and 13 years. Marrying these different styles and profiles together makes for a wonderfully complex dram with notes of toasted nuts, maple syrup, dried berries and baking spices.
