70cl / 46.2% / Distillery Bottling – Batch 4 of Ardbeg’s 19-year-old small-batch single malt, Traigh Bhan is named after one of Islay’s most beautiful beaches, known locally as the Singing Sands. This batch has been matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and oloroso sherry casks, creating aromas of pine needles, fennel seeds, medicinal herbs, hazelnuts, currants and mint chocolate that fill the nose. The palate offers notes of wood smoke, dark chocolate, ground coffee, lemon curd, raisin fudge, lemongrass and menthol.
