Annandale 2018 / Fresh Bourbon Cask 1139 / Unpeated Man O’Words Lowland Whisky

70cl / 58.4% / Distillery Bottling – From the revived Annandale whisky distillery comes an addition to its unpeated Man O’Words range, which celebrates the renowned Scottish poet Robert Burns. Like all of Annandale’s bottlings, this is a single cask offering. Matured in a fresh ex-bourbon cask, this highlights Annandale’s unpeated whisky’s natural orchard fruit and soft malt character with the gentle addition of vanilla and wood spice on a sweet, waxy palate before a composed finish.
