70cl / 60% / Gordon & MacPhail – This Aberfeldy was distilled in 1991, matured in a first-fill sherry butt and bottled by Gordon & MacPhail as part of its Connoisseurs Choice range. There a are rich aromas of stewed-citrus infused with cinnamon, anise and clove on the nose, complemented by notes of rich demerara sugar over caramelised apple and walnut on the palate.
