On the nose there are aromas of autumn leaves, toasted walnut and ashy peat smoke, with some floral notes leading to juicy mango, crystallised ginger and cloves throughout the palate.
70cl / 52.6% / Signatory – Matured in a refill sherry butt, it marries the distillery’s characteristic smoky, maritime essence with layers of dried fruits, toasted nuts, and leather.
