70cl / 62.2% / Cadenhead’s – A 1981 vintage Glen Spey from independent bottler Cadenhead’s. Distilled in June, it was matured for 15 years before being bottled in July 1996.

70cl / 52% / Distillery Bottling – Bottled by Diageo as part of their Managers’ Choice series of single cask bottlings from each of their distilleries, this Glen Spey 1996 is creamy and nutty, with hints of coconut betraying its new American oak maturation. Best consumed neat.

70cl / 57.3% / Signatory – It offers aromas of dark dried fruits, treacle, and toasted vanilla, with flavours of raisins, spiced oak, and dark chocolate, complemented by a rich PX sweetness.
