Bottled at cask strength as a 15-year-old expression, the nose has rich, nutty and fruity aromas, joined on the palate by relatively dry notes of caramelised agave, baked apples and warm spices.
70cl / 60.2% / Douglas Laing – Bottlings that find their way into Douglas Laing’s Midnight Series are dark in colour and rich in flavour due to the use of sherry casks. Deanston offers aromas of chocolate-covered-waffles, butterscotch and raisin on the nose, complemented by white pepper and baking spice on the palate.
