70cl / 46% – Made from roasted blue corn (a type of flint corn, like sweet corn, but with a distinctive blue colour). This received the prestigious Double Gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and has butter, corn, spice and fruit notes, alongside a rounded nuttiness.
