70cl / 40% – A sustainably-produced rum from Colorado’s Montanya distillery that has been matured for two and a half years in American white oak barrels that previously held Colorado whiskey and finished for six months in French oak. The palate offers notes of cinnamon, red wine, honey and vanilla that linger in the finish.
