70cl / 43% – Located 57 degrees north of the equator, The Cairn Distillery opened its doors in 2022, built by the renowned independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail. While the distillery’s own whiskies are still maturing, they’ve introduced the CRN57 range-a collection that offers a glimpse into the future character and craftsmanship of The Cairn’s single malts. The 18-Year-Old blended malt offers inviting notes of apple, toasted almonds, and milk chocolate.
