70cl / 49.9% / Adelphi – A beautiful old Longmorn reminiscent of preserved fruits, caramelised blood oranges, and wildflowers. There’s a sense of fresh acidity on the palate, like a well-made Gin Gimlet, that’s great to see in a whisky of this age.
