70cl / 46.7% / Distillery Bottling – This peated lowlander was aged in first-fill amontillado sherry casks and takes its name from an indigenous Australian word, meaning ‘fire’ and ‘flames’. You’ll find notes of smoked curry leaf, dried meat and peanut brittle giving way to thickly sherries fruit.
