Description
70cl / 40% – An exciting addition to the core range from one of our favourite new Irish whiskey distilleries. Made from a combination of malted and unmalted barley and small amount of oats and rye, this whiskey was then aged in seven different types of casks. On the nose there are aromas of toffee apples, with ripe orchard fruits, and an undercurrent of cola, leading to flavours of honey, caramel and ginger with a twist of lemon zest on the palate, culminating in a warm and peppery finish.
