70cl / 53.5% – Part of the second edition of the Heaven Hill Grains to Glass series, highlighting unique corn varietals. Grown by family farms in the heart of Kentucky, this rye is then aged in the famous Cox’s Creek Rickhouse for 6 years, before being bottled at 106.6 proof, or 53.5% abv. Aromas of almonds and toasted oak meet flavours of marmalade, chocolate, nutmeg, white pepper and honey.
