70cl / 48% / Distillery Bottling – This release from the Distil Your World collection, celebrates Mexico’s Day of the Dead festival. It was matured in a selection of European and American oak to create notes of dark chocolate, coriander and vanilla that give way to complex notes of charred pineapple honeysuckle and chili spice on the finish.
