70cl / 50% / Distillery Bottling – The newest addition to Isle of Raasay’s Oak Species Maturation Series. Fully matured in ex-oloros casks made from Hungarian oak, allowing for a balance between the spiciness of the oak and fruitiness of the sherry casks. Limited to 8000 bottles and bottled at 50% abv. Aromas of citrus, cinnamon and ginger, with light peak smoke, and flavours of ginger, chocolate, rich fruitiness and light smoke on the palate.
