Description
70cl / 47.2% – This Single Malt Whisky is fermented using 60% Pinnacle M yeast and 40% Maurivin PDM yeast. It is then matured in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and a blend of ex Chardonnay and ex white wine casks. The result is a combination of freshly baked pastry, tart tatin, butterscotch and pear.
