Description
70cl / 46.1% – This is the inaugural release of single malt whisky from Edinburgh’s Holyrood distillery. Made using two strains of yeast and fermented for up to 100 hours, this whisky was then matured in a combination of oloroso butts, Pedro Ximenez hogsheads, bourbon barrels and rum barriques, creating a complex and well-balanced character.
