70cl / 60.7% / Distillery Bottling – This single cask release was bottled exclusively for Ardbeg embassies – like us – and was matured for eight years in a second-fill Manzanilla sherry butt . The cask’s coastal character works well with Ardbeg’s spirit and produces aromas of salted walnut, olive oil and woodfire, leading to spicey and smoky notes of burnt caramel, smoked cinnamon and toasted black pepper on the palate.
