70cl / 52.3% – Bonnington distillery began production in 2020 and is the first single malt distillery in Edinburgh in nearly 100 years. This inaugural release was drawn from a ruby Port cask and proffers aromas of cooked berries, caramel and orchard fruit, with hints of candied ginger and a long finish.
