70cl / 56.4% / The Whisky Exchange – This single malt from fan-favourite distillery Clynelish was released for Whisky Show 2023 and is an elegant example of the distillery’s character. It was matured in a single first-fill bourbon barrel for 12 years and has an archetypal waxy aroma with milk chocolate and candied citrus peel on the nose, complemented by notes of wine gums, toasted hazelnut and orchard fruit on the palate.
