50cl / 57.4% / Distillery Bottling – This exclusive bottling of Dornoch single malt was created to celebrate Whisky Show 2023. Typically old-fashioned in style – as we’ve come to expect from Phil and Simon Thompson – it has a nose reminiscent of light Jamaican pot still rum with notes of pineapple, guava, watermelon rind and overripe apples. A more mineral side emerges in the glass, showing chalk, boot polish and slightly industrial elements, completing the picture of an old-school single malt.
