70cl / 56.3% / Distillery Bottling – This small distillery is one of only a few self-sufficient distilleries in Scotland and is run by sixth generation farmers. Distilled in 2007, it offers aromas of vanilla, ginger, oak, baked apples and honey on the nose, complemented by notes of black pepper, orange, apples, cinnamon, oak spice and vanilla throughout the palate.
