70cl / 63% / Distillery Bottling – A 2005 Glenallachie single malt that has been matured in a sherry butt for 15 years, before being bottled in February 2021. Aromas of mocha coffee, vanilla, dark chocolate, almonds, nutmeg and ginger fill the nose, complemented by notes of dark chocolate, cinnamon, ginger, orange zest and nutmeg throughout the palate.
