70cl / 41% / Gordon & MacPhail – A 1991 Glencadam single malt from independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail, matured in a single refill sherry puncheon for 28 years, before being bottled in November 2020 as part of its Connoisseurs Choice series. Aromas of ginger and milk chocolate fill the nose, complemented by notes of toasted almonds, baked apples, peppercorns, cocoa powder and oak spice throughout the palate.
