70cl / 58.2% / Distillery Bottling – This release is the first in a new series of whiskies celebrating the traditions that helped shape Irish whiskey history. Distilled on Boann’s unique pot stills, it combines 51% unmalted rye with 49% malted rye grown on the Boann family farms.
