Description
70cl / 50.5% – This single malt from Dingle matures in bourbon barrels before finishing in rum casks. The whisky lifts fresh mint, rhubarb crumble and toffee apple on the nose, leading to tropical fruit, sweet raisins, honey, coconut and hazelnuts. This whisky forms the eighth release in Dingle’s Celtic Wheel of the Year series.
