70cl / 40% – This elegant 16-year-old Bushmills was matured in a mix of bourbon and oloroso sherry casks, then finished in port pipes. The nose brings honeyed nuts, dried citrus and soft baking spices, followed by stewed fruits, caramel and toasted almonds on the palate.
