75cl / 52% – A Kentucky rye whiskey made at Castle & Key distillery, established in 2014, that has a rye content of 63%. This second batch release from 2021 is a vatting of 75 barrels that have been aged for an average of three-and-a-half years. The nose offers aromas of mint-apple pie, nutmeg and orange peel, followed by notes of brown sugar, intense baking spice and figs throughout the sweet and spicy palate.
