75cl / 45% – A New York bourbon from King’s County distillery that is made with a mash-bill of 80% New York organic corn from the Finger Lakes and English Golden Promise barley – a high-malt recipe that passes-over the rye and wheat that are typically used in Kentucky bourbon. Matured in virgin American oak barrels, it offers notes of liquorice, vanilla, caramel and black pepper throughout the palate.
